If Aurorus can 6-0 a team by herself with no support whatsoever, surely those Bullet Punch and Mach Punch weaknesses shouldn't be that hard to deal with proper team mates.
Also pretty impressive how Nature Power bypassed Sucker Punch.
Overall a great example of how bad defensive type alone doesn't make a pokemon useless.

Even against something that's 4x weak, PuP is really weak. Also, he was seriously using PuP over Swords Dance. Iron Head would have OHKOed Aurorus hard.

Sucker Punch was also his only priority move on his entire team.

Nature Power is a status move, so it's not meant to trigger Sucker Punch.
This means Taunt blocks it and with Prankster it has +1 priority.

His plan was to either kill or bring Aurorus really low with a PuP, get the attack boost, finish the Aurorus off with a Sucker punch and sweep/deal high damage to the rest of Aurorus' team.

Aurorus' problem isn't its defensive type but its stats distribution.
Ice/Rock is an awesome offensive STAB combination, it gets an awesome ability in Refrigerate and its movepool is excellent.
If it was faster and had more attack it could be a dangerous physical threat.
Though I must admit that Weakness Policy+Rock Polish is a niche that it can pull off rather well, but it definitely needs team mates to deal with the likes of Scizor and Lucario.

Except it shouldn't. PuP is terrible for anything that has Swords Dance. Doing extremely poor damage against anything that's not 4x weak and raising your attack by +1 is worse than just raising your attack by +2.

Which actually was a good idea given that Aurorus is 4x weak to fighting so it could have OHKO'd it (if it wasn't so bulky) AND grab a free attack boost.
Besides Bisharp doesn't really have a 4 moveslot syndrome.

any suggestions for the last slot?

I guess options are either a rock STAB Attack (fuck thing not getting power gem anyway), Ice Beam, or a normal type attack for the ability. Maybe Protect. idk.

Now that I think about it, there aren't many options

The other guy's team was shit. Nice that you got a sweep with Aurorus and all (nice catching him off guard with nature power/sucker punch), but you could do the same with most showderp-level sets that low on the ladder.
