-Protect
-Octazooka
-Bounce
-Fire Blast
Protect lets you stall for stat buffs, and along with bounce, you can get all the stat ups you need. Octazooka lowers their accuracy if you need to evade more, and Fire blast is just filler for coverage. Also, since Octillery's attack stats are both even, bounce can be used when you get alot of attack boosts. Its a ton of fun
