I'll give you all of those except for SD on Talonflame, because the CB set is honestly probably better. I don't use Talonflame a lot but when I do, I always go CB, and at least on showdown the only Talonflames I see past 1600 rating are CB.

Man, I forget the Focus Band exists all the goddamn time because it's so fucking stupid. It's like if there was a consumable Quick Claw that always activated the first turn but people still used the regular one anyway.

You guys suck. Choice Band is one of Talonflame's worst sets.

Try Sky Plate + Roost, Swords Dance + Acrobatics, or Specially Defensive Bulk Up.

If you know what you're doing, Roost is one of Talonflame's best moves.
