How the fuck do I counter this piece of shit? Every time I taunt he just switches out, then returns after the taunter is kill and continues to be a little bitch.

That's probably because it had Stall or Keen Eye. Its Hidden Ability combined with its movepool and single weakness are what make it so great.

You know it's going to taunt, hit it with the strongest attack you have, making the taunt pointless. Any time it gets switched in, just attack it because you know what the other guy is going to do. If you're running a team that requires you to set up everything, then I recommend not being such a faggot.
