Also, can anyone give me an example of a set that actually made use of Leppa + Recycle/Harvest for legitimate PP stall? I'm beginning to get the feeling that infinite stall is impossible to ban, and if reusable Leppa has a non-trollish use it may well be worth unbanning and implementing a system where PS automatically grants a win to a player who uses Struggle for XX consecutive turns.
