Hey /vp/ What would be an ideal pokemon team for grinding out BP in the XY Battle Maison? Just a few fast and strong mixed sweepers? Any ideas?

Literally any three mons as long as they work well together. I typically use a Tyranitar lead, Physical M.Lucario and a Togekiss to wall Fighting and Ground types

The general rule for me has been

Something bulky as shit
Something with a choice scarf
A mixed sweeper

I've been using Greninja, Mega Mawile, and Noivern to great effect....I got to like 130 on the subway in white two with Salamence, Milotic, Chandelure....etc

It's meant to make the second turn of Fly come last so that you never get hit and can just smack away at everything with relative safety.

It doesn't actually work.

Gale wings makes Fly go first the first turn and Iron ball makes it hit last the second, making you almost untouchable, but lagging tail would be better for this, IB just cuts your speed in half, while lagging tail guarantees you move last

Gale Wings gives priority to Flying moves. Iron ball makes you slower.
Use Fly out the gate. Your opponent's next atk will miss (unless Smackdown, etc). Next turn, your speed is cut so low that your opponent will still be swinging at air again before Fly connects. Rinse and repeat.

I used: MegaKhan, Talonflame, and Gengar.

MKhan brings out fighting moves, so Gengar is a good partner. Also I gave it destiny bond so I can try to have a bit more edge in the battle if it connects.

I use this exact same setup, except with Band Talonflame on the lead.

Most of the time I don't even need to bring out MegKanga, as destroying the lead with Talonflame, and Shadow Ballin' / D-Bonding the other two mons is enough for most battles.

the furtherst I got was 92 straight wins, lost due to my own mistake im still butthurt
