Could he also counter Haxorus? I think 252 HP + Intimidate would make it's Poison Jab do pitiful damage before getting STABed Play Roughed.

So you sayin he can't counter any physical dragons from a smart player? Im calling that BS.
90/75 + HP investment + Intimidate could make him sponge a few physical hits even if they are SE. And since there is no physical dragon that gets STAB on Iron Head/Poison Jab, he could eat those hits up while retaliating with STAB Play Rough.

Unless poison jab inflicts the poison, Granbull can survive two-three poison jabs and OHKO/2HKO Haxorus, depending on Granbull's spread.

Im pretty sure every offensive Granbull is going to be Adamant or Brave(if in TR team) with max Atk investment. Which means:
252+ Atk Granbull Play Rough vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Haxorus: 336-396 (114.2 - 134.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
