Holy shit, even with 6IV Dittos breeding Rotom is a pain in the fucking ass.

How many of you autistic faggots breed Rotoms with normal Dittos?

Not Autistic, but it just sounds like you've had bad luck.
Took me (give or take) 2 days for my Hidden Power Fire Rotom from scratch using some dittos I knew had a 30 in a stat.

I mean, why? The biggest threat right now for Rotom is Charizard Y and its Solar Beam. You are fine with Volt Switch/Thunderbolt.
