Most ghosts can be predicted with a scrappy Return and most of Khan's ran crunch for a coverage move.
Basically nothing can safely come in against Khan except for a few ghost Coffagrigus who has no practical application in comp aside from that.
Sableye can be killed switching into a Crunch, then the followup Crunch after a burn, but no Khan player would actually let her get burned, so you really are just forcing him out for a time.
