I've gotten some nice ones. I admit, when I first tried it, I released a shitmon, but since I've gotten access to better, including what I got in WT, I've only released something I thought someone would appreciate and promptly killed any Pansages I got.
I've gotten some starters, some ballmons (Feebas is all I can remember), a Haunter who evolved, and some fun foreign ones.
Once I get fully into breeding, I'll be releasing a lot of them to WT because I want to give back, but have no IRL friends.
