I can give you the second one. But the hacker didn't find Mega Stones for the Latis. He found the unfinished Mega Forms for the pokemon themselves in the code.

Keep in mind you can use Therian forms in a battle between BW2 and BW, they just won't show up as therian in BW. It's not impossible they'll do the same thing; show a mega evolution happening, and still have the updated stats and abilities take effect in the battle, just not have the updated model.

I think he is wrong though since the definition of the word hasn't changed. "Literally" literally means literally. However as I stated already, people can use "literally" figuratively, which makes "literally" not have to be interpreted as literally.

Anyways, are the going to come out with DLC or not? Because I felt the pokemon chosen for mega evolutions were, for the most part, severely disappointing. I would love to see a lot more megas.
