They just need a way to implement that into the Pokécheck site so the less technologically inclined people can do it easily. And that's assuming they even decide to allow people to download Pokémon from their site, which they've already said they haven't decided on yet. What's more likely is they'll only have Battle Video support and allow people to view the details of their Pokémon through that, instead of uploading Pokémon directly to the site.
A lot of people don't realize that the people at Pokécheck are pretty opposed to cheating. The only reason they allowed people to download in the first place was because the technology was already widely available and they figured people would do it anyway, but they put those ribbons on the Pokémon so you can't pass them off as legitimate. With PKX injection they're some of the few people in the world capable of doing this; I doubt they're going to go public with it when another option exists.
