so i just beat the 8th gym leader and have set off the event to make Tornadus fly around the Unova region.

the thing is being a faggot though and is currently only stopping in places the game won't let me access yet being routes 13, 14 & 15.

do i have to beat the league before i can catch this faggot /v/?

i looked at the serebi legendarymon page and it didn't tell me shit. just crap i already knew like how it flew around the unova region. didn't say anything about having to beat the league though.

i figured /vp/* (sorry for calling this /v/ guys) might give me a more definitive answer

You need to KO it with a pokemon faster than him
He will then reappear like a normal legendary at the top of Celestial Tower,and you will be able to catch him

it's not catching him i'm having the problem with. it's the tracking him down.

i know how to find out his location. you find him by looking for unusual weather on the newsboards in between citys and routes.

that part i have no problem with. my problem is that the news boards are telling me that Tornadus is currently in places like route 13, 14 and 15. but i can't access those routes yet because some faggots are standing in my way telling me the roads are closed.

Bait, don't bite.
I've heard (IIRC, from an NPC) that the routes aren't so random, and depend on the time of the day.
Try during early night, when it roams around places you've gone.

You don't have to beat the league to catch him as he CAN appear in other routes but you are getting unlucky
