go in the friend safari, catch 2 IV things and start breeding them. eventually you'll get a 5 IV for that egg group. use that to breed something else etc.

Get a Ditto or Respective Mate with some IVs, give it Destiny Knot to extend up to 5IV inheritance from parents. >5. Hatch Eggs until you get one that has gained the IVs from the Parent in 4, but didn't lose until the ones it already had. >6. Repeat until you get one with 5IVs or more, 4IVs + 0 in Speed is pretty common aswell. >7. To speed up things, you can combine partners with more IVs than normal, for example, if you have a Male with 4IVs and a Female with 4IVs, the chance of breeding a 5IV one is higher, as long as atleast 1 of the parents has one of the IV's you want to pass.
