So /vp/ This guy is my bro, and i'd love to use him competitively, obviously thick club is necessary, but is there any way to actually make him a good competitive pokemon?

It seems you only got shit advice so far OP, let me tell you how its done.
You just use a Trick Room team, it won't outspeed anything if you don't use Agility at least 3 times and even then its probably slower than a scarf user.
Bonemerang, Double-Edge, Iron Head and a filler move. I like using Facade in case someone burns it but you can also go for Fire Punch, Rock Slide or something else.
