Attack and special bulk. At 2x speed it doesn't need Cloyster's speed anymore if its EV trained for speed. Also STAB Stone Miss wrecks shit

Rock blast has a higher base power and a higher accuracy. And if we are talking post shell smash, the higher crit chance on stone miss won't even be a factor.

IMO i don't think you should feel too bad if you plan to play in a competitive environment.
Priority is bigger than ever this gen so smash cloyster isn't really an issue to most teams.

Have you not been to the battle maison? Thats literally the only way anyone loses in there.
You miss 100% accuracy moves, items like quick claw and the death prevention item(not focus sash) proc, enemy team comps are set up to hard counter yours. You hit yourself in confusion every time, you get the idea
