It's not that fun now, just do a 2-3 attacks then throw a balls
Perhaps some Pokemon with unique items, abilities making them uber status (unusable for players) can guard the plates or high level hoards
Makes getting the plates a real challenge then you can summon Arceus
Of course GF wont do this because they want to save the best legendaries for events
