Oh yeah, nice laugh I got there. Galvantula is shit. Sticky Web is shit. Do you want to know why?
Well, for one, Galvantula is a frail and fast mon that should theoretically have power... but it doesn't. Base 97 SpA is terrible, especially when you're forced to run Focus Sash. There is really nothing you can do with it, aside from Sticky Web. And about Sticky Web... What pokemon in OU even cares about it? They're either slow and bulky, levitating or has priority of any form. Only mons like Scarf Genesect and Scarf Chomp is kinda hindered by it. Kinda.
And let's not mention the Defog buff as well as the access to Excadrill as a spinner (Which easily switches in on Galv, mind you).
If you want a fast electric type, run Thundurus, MManectric, or even Raikou or Jolteon.
If you want an incredibly niche and inconsistent hazard that is Sticky Web, just run Smeargle.
