I like it Calm personally, put all points into HP and find a speed tier like >>17679506 said with the rest into SPD. Run nasty plot if you really want, but I think air slash/roost/either nasty plot or heal bell/aura sphere or dazzling gleam is the best set. 120 base special attack base is scary enough without boosting it especially when you add flinch hax in.
