That's Ukulele Pichu. He was in the latest Pokémon Ranger game, which is utter shit btw because u rely on this fucking Pichu. He has the best moves, has a tragic backstory and is your forced companion throughout the entire game. The game forces him to be your fucking Insta Kill. Okay, he doesn't Insta Kill but once you use him you have a fair chance of winning. God I hate that game.

To be completely fair, Saints Row is an amazing franchise.

Seriously, this is the biggest Mary Sue in the entire fucking franchise.

I hate it. I hate it's stupid digimon-esqe design. I hate that Gamefreak keeps giving it more and more power, and I hate that of all the countless pokemon that could have benefited from a new Mega-Evo, this OP fucker got one.
