>>17683205You have to have the dark energy to use it plus a colored energy, so it takes two turns to power up unless you use Dark Patch, and if you are, you're probably running a deck dedicated to Dark Types. For 3 energy, you do 80. For 3 energy on a Darkrai you do 90 and a bench snipe. Additionally, Darkraid has a better resistance.
As far as Mewtwo goes, he can be slipped into any deck and can be powered up in one turn if you run DCE, a card that's much more versatile than Dark Patch.
I dunno. Its still a good card. I just feel like Yveltal is in this weird spot where there are other attackers that are just a little better for the circumstance. We'll see though.
