PROS:

CONS:

>Tyranitar is pretty much better in every way

One thing you can do is slap a Focus Sash on it, get off a rock polish and hopefully sweep. If you boost its attack you can largely OHKO things with super effective bite attacks, but the problem is that it's not very fast, so it will likely be killed before you can strike with the boost.

If you run rockgility, then yes. At +2 I believe you out speed positive natured base 110s. Slap weakness policy on it and you got a nasty sweeper

at +2 max speed he hits 530 speed. which outspeed positive natured base 180(speed deoxys).
adamant +2 max speed hits 482 which outspeeds positive natured base 160.
the only thing you beat on the rock polish set by going jolly is speed deoxys.

Jolly +1 hits 397 which outspeeds base 130.
adamant +1 hits 361 which ties base 115.

If you're running rock polish run adamant.
if you're running dragon dance/scarf run jolly.
