how exactly would you do it faster? People on /vp/ are really helpful when it comes to getting rare Pokemon than can be bred for, like Feebas and Koffing. Really you just have to have persistence, be patient, and git gud

You can get the sun and moon stones by beating the Hydreigon Super Training regiment, and I think Amaurus gives you shiny stone.

I did a lot of Super Training, my brother gave me a few too in exchange for Pokemon that he didn't have yet and more recently I started doing the balloon popping game on the Global Link.

If it gives you any incentive, I got the Shiny Charm and since yesterday I've gotten a shiny Gulpin, Spinda and Mareep through horde battling. Gulpin took about 20 minutes, Spinda was about 2 hours and Mareep took about 45 minutes.

Wondertrade, GTS help. But if you can breed something halfway decent, you can get all sorts of stuff in exchange. When I do giveaways I ask for things but accept anything, and get a ton of different Pokemon

I got a lot of the stone evolving pokemin via trade when bankmons were still new.
Cottonee`s sold like hotcakes.
I felt sorta bad, at least 2 of them had the league ribbon, someone sent me their pokebros

Quit fussing, OP. I got a hold of a bank mon(darmanitan) strated breeding the fuck out of it and then GTS'd them away for things I was missing. It took about four boxes of them but I did it. I would also try and save on Dramanitans by getting the final evo and breeding down. Fuck leveling for mons....

From there I chain traded for legends. Start with trying to get one of the Dog trio with a one of the bird trio. I find that Raikou is often in demand for legendaries above it.

I know it seems daunting, OP, but don't give up. Just take a day and marathon your favorite movie/show while gts chaining. I also try to go in order of the dex because ocd I guess.

Get a Bank starter. It's really easy to fill out the Kalos Dex when you breed a bunch and ask for the specific Pokemon. It's just harder getting the legends and other Bank Pokemon without going into a clone thread.

Why are so many people having a hard time with a dex? The only part of it that was remotely challenging was getting a living dex. Maybe it's because I came to gen 6 from gen 3, where it was actually hard to complete the dex because no online features.

took me 3-4 days to get from ~340 to 706, only tough thing was getting that first bank legend and some of those super rare safari only mons
