Give it a mega stone. Mega Absol is quite powerful and fast, and having an immunity to status moves like WoW is amazing.

I use a timid one with shadow tag, dual screens, double team, and heal pulse.
Its sole purpose is to keep my other pokemon alive. As for double team, well I can't have heal pulse and heal bell at the same time, and this is better than nothing.

I was really excited to see what would have happened if I got to fully charged and the wobbuffet got back to full HP, still funny that he raged quit.
