Are those two even viable somewhere? Any other eevelution can be used in some way, but i can't imagine how those two can be useful.

Leafeon had Chlorophyll and Swords Dance and Glaceon is a bulky beast. Flareon might be better than Glaceon, but not by much.

Leafeon's not a bad physical sweeper, niche type helps it. Kinda restricted outside of sun team though

Now that Knock Off is good, Leafeon is okay. Good physical bulk, decent speed, 110 attack with Swords Dance, and stupid fast in sun.

Glaceon hits hard but it's really slow, and while it has decent bulk, it's still an ice type.

Below average physical bulk, can't see how 95 SDef is bad.
And as a retarded but possible measure - you can get a scarfed one with guts and switch it in enemy's toxic. Unreliable but may work considering how many things like to run toxic.
