Ice is easy as shit, as far as Hidden Powers go. You only need a 30 in Def and an even numbered Atk stat.

just go catch a bunch of Safari Dittos. I managed to get one with x/x/30/31/31/31 and it does it's job quite well.

you could wait until bank comes out and either:

get a genned one
use one of N's pokemon for breeding (they have all straight 30s in IVs)
