He's the best non-uber DDancer by a fair margin, even better than Salamence. Sure Zard Y is probably better strictly speaking but X is still a really dangerous threat.

there should be only one priority move and that quick attack (and extreme speed as a signature move for maybe 3 pokes). the rest was a monumental mistake.

The only debuff they could do is that if you're like 50 or 100 points faster than the enemy you ignore priority moves
