What's the best team I can make with them?

From what I can see, zardX, greninja, rotom, scizor, mandibuzz, and gengar would make a fair team.
But the overall lack of priority in this box will damage the overall potential of any team you build this gen, IMO.
Try to get a talonflame, aegislash, lucario or even a mamoswine to add to your nice collection there. Some solid leads wouldn't hurt either (skarmory, forrtress, ferrothorn),

To git gud check smogon but don't rely too much on the ev spreads.
Most of the time you don't need the 252EVs on offense because you can kill stuff with less EVs and whatever you can't OHKO you probably can kill it next turn without having a full offense. So with the EVs left you can invest in some bulk that could save you in some occasions.

Hmmm not too sure how to explain it really. Priority just need to be on next to everything this gen for some reason. Revenge killing is just good with the hyper offensive environment. Personally, I don't build a team without talonflame if I can help it because its so good.

Rotom-w is the best of the forms. Mainly because of excellent typing/resists and a "special move" that doesn't suck/can be used consecutively. I wish the other forms where pushed as hard as it was, but hey, they like water types so whatever.
In any case he's trying to "git gud" and that's a pretty good start in the right direction.

What's way better is to use between two and three mons from high OU and then complete with three or four low OU, UU or even original sets that go well as a team of six and win from there.

If he's trying to be competitive, why would he purposefully hinder his teams ability to win? OU mons are OU partly because they are tried and true to be some of the best at what they do.
I would imagine if the OP wanted an innovative set to use against X list of mons, he would have made that thread and not this one.

Just hatched an Adamant 6IV Fletching with Gale Wings. Now I have a question: is necessary to max its Speed stat? That would be useful only for Flare Blitz, isn't?

Yep. It will help with the recoil. But you might run into a lil problem if you encounter the 252/252/4mindset talonflame as they will outspeed you.
Anyway the added HP is a huge boon for those recoil stabs. Choice band or life orb are the standard item for it, but I prefer shell bell to help the recoil since the recovery is based off damage you deal.
