how should i distribute my EVs for this guy?

should I pump physical bulk exclusively or special? or both? i've seen a lot of bold 252 HP/Def builds on standard rotoms, but i feel that i can be a bit more lenient since i'm running screens

Just enough to outspeed Adamant mamoswine, all breloom, and all Politoed that don't have a scarf.

HP and def to not get chunked too badly by Talonflame/U Turns. Enjoy!
