Don't use until bank comes up, Superpower is really needed there.
For a not trick room team you need either sticky web support, baton pass speed or slap in Choice Scarf and switch Flareon in on Toxic.

But there's no actual point in no sacrificing HP - Flareon is not bulky and will be OHKOed or 2HKOed by pretty much anything decent. Better take an ability which actually does things and lets you hit things with boosted Flare Blitzes and boosted 140BP facades.

The idea is simple. You get him safely in against a Pokemon that can't beat it and use flame charge to finish it off. It then has a tiny chance of sweeping.
