Smogon/10 teams exist because of Pokemons static nature. Gamefreak rarely play-balances so the Pokemon that are good in the first few months of the game coming out are gonna be that way for years.

Keep on using Mega Abomasnow. I imagine it's a real terror with Trick Room up. However, since TR only lasts 4 turns, setting up Growth and trying to sweep is impractical. You should probably run Earthquake in that slot instead, giving you coverage against the Fire-types that Abomasnow hates

Easiest way is to build 2 sets of 2 Pokemon that work well together (think stuff like Celetran, Ferrotom etc.) then 2 other "glue" Pokemon that can deal with threats. Stuff like Slowbro and Latias.

Also, choice items op.

A few things:
Why do you have speed EVs on Scizor when it's only good attack is Bullet Punch? If you're going for a more utility role, give it lefties.

pls fix now. Also that EV spread is really weird, was it suggested? Because for the most part you want to run Max HP and Max Atk.
It looks ok I guess, but only two of your pokemon aren't weak to sand, with two of them having no recovery to make up for that fact, so I'm not really sure why Tyranitar is there.

The speed EVs on Scizor are to outspeed uninvested Heatran and use Baton Pass. I don't have many good recipients for it, though, so I'll probably change it eventually.

Azumarill is for Mega Lucario. The EV spread and Assault Vest let it switch into any attack, avoid a 2HKO and OHKO back. I'll replace it with something once mega luke is banned.

Tyranitar checks a bunch of stuff. Sandstorm damage is only a minor annoyance for Medicham and Azumarill.
