Like the faggot from above said Muk can take the role of a wallbreaker and a good going to most fairys. It can outright wall Florges, Sylveon without HP Ground, Gardevoir without Will-O-Wisp or Psyshic and Scarf variants locked into the wrong move. Sadly the only fairys that can beat Muk are the most populars, while Togekiss can't outright beat it, it can flinch his shit to death and Azumarill can 2HKO with his powerful water moves.
Depending on the moves that it carry he can take on a myriad of common walls, Ice Punch can do hefty chunks to Amoonguss, Gliswhore, Latias, Zapdos and Zygarde. Fire Punch can badly hurt, Bronzong, Ferrothorn, Forretress, Jirachi, Klefki, and Skarmory. Most walls get pressed to try to wall Muk just to get poisoned. There are a few Pokémon that can take his hits, like Heatran who can take Shadow Sneak, Fire Punch, and your poison hits, just like Heatran. That's why Sub Punch is an option, Muk can really carry whathever moves you want to get past walls. The last slot can be used on Memento and Explosion.
Muk's counters depend on what it carries but his checks remain the same, strong attackers with a super effective move which are a lot considering that earthquake is everywhere.
Pair muk with Pokémon that can take ground and psyshic moves or take advantage of the Pokémon that Muk lures and takes out.
Muk sucks fucking dick.
