Do any in-game trainers (including gym leaders, E4, champion) have EV trained, beneficial-natured Pokemon, save for some Battle Maison trainers? Has anyone done any testing to confirm it?

Only one I can confirm is Cynthia. I think all of her Pokemon had perfect 31 IVs in their stats.
