Exactly. Try to find something that deals damage, aiming, of course, for moves that deplete a set number of HP points on the opponent rather than actual offensive moves since Blissey doesn't have the stats for that by far.

Such a move coupled with Attract will completely annoy the fuck out of anything that tries to set up.

That is your first mistake. You need an attack move in case you are taunted. Seismic Toss works best on Chansey/Blissey because both their Attack and Special Attack is horrendous. If you are planning on using this in doubles, you should also put Heal Pulse on this Eggbro. If not. The set I use is;
Soft Boil
Heal Pulse
Toxic
Seismic Toss
It works great for me.

People who hate smogon are going to be more vocal about it than the people who like it because the negative feelings tend to be stronger than the positive ones.

Referring to something as OU or smogon x refers to it being, as the name of the tier implies, overused. I have generally positive feelings for smogon and I make jokes like that myself. It's just that it can be a little annoying when you put a lot of careful planning into a team of a mixture of OU and lower tier mons with not entirely conventional sets and it gets recked by choice scarf genesect and restochesto rotom.
