It shouldn't revert megas, but it should definitely be allowed to knock off stones if they haven't transformed yet.

I kinda like that. I also feel that Knock Off should still do 50% more damage to Pokemon holding Mega Stones, Arcues+Plates, and Giratina+Orb but that's my opinion.
