Has X and/or Y been hacked yet?

Millions of noobs keep asking my friend to trade with her. Once she accepts it, they show her an extremely rare pokemon (ex. Mew, Raquaza, any pokemon you cant catch in Kalos) then as soon as she accepts, the guy quits and leaves her.

Are these pokemon real, or is it fake.
