Anyone use Mega Manectric? I'm going to start; I was planning Jolteon but if I'm going to need HP Ice anyway I might as well use this guy. He was the only guy I really liked from gen 3 except Latios and no one else uses his Mega, and I don't use any other Megas.
How do I run him? T-bolt/F-thrower/HP/Volt Switch, right? Should I go Timid or Modest?
