Made this guy a day ago. Was breeding it for a friend because I happened to get one with HA and all EM in wonder trade.

I wanna use him on team. What's the best way to build him? Items, moves, EVs etc.

I got 5IV Axew, Blitzle, Cacnea, Y Charmander, Cherubi, Chimchar, Dratini, Eevee, Elekid, Gastly, Gligar, Helioptile, Horsea, Karrablast, Larvesta, Mudkip, Pawniard, Phione, Piplup, Poliwag, Porygon, Riolu, Skarmory, Swinub, Totodile, Vulaby, Yamask, and Pumpkaboo.
