Mawile needs intimidate. Replace Power Up Punch with Swords Dance. Replace Iron Head with Fire Fang.
Chansey should have a +Def nature.
Jellicent should have 252 HP EVs, and then choose between max Def or max SpD. Mixed is just bad.
Offensive Gliscor should have a +Spe or +Att nature. I'd also recommend having Fling and Acrobatics.
