He has agility. Even if you don't use agility, he's really bulky. With Volt Switch. It's a good slow pivot.

Dragon gives him three additional weaknesses but more resistances too. It's a pretty good typing.

60 isn't fast, but neither is 75, especially when you're not investing in it.

Sylveon outclasses it in pretty much everything that matters. Higher physical bulk, better offenses with Hyper Voice and better coverage, and neither is outspeeding anything that matters.

Florges has slightly higher special bulk, though, but just barely.
