it really cant, and besides chansey is only very slightly less bulky than blissey in general (-5 hp, -5 def, -35 spdef) so you're really overstating how "crippled" it becomes without eviolite

regardless if you're keeping your blob in on a knock off you deserve to lose your item; most things that knock off usually can do heavy damage to chans/bliss anyway

Consider Chansey becomes a lead weight for the rest of the match while Blissey is only crippled insofar as losing Leftovers recovery, then yes, I'd say Blissey "enjoys" Knock-Off a lot more than Chansey.

Charizard is popular because it has two Megas with completely different counters, making it very hard to play around. Not to mention that both Megas are also very, very good Pokemon in their own right (Y is an incredible nuker and X is the best Dragon Dancer in the game).

110/105/95 bulk along with a typing that allows it to resist ghost yet remain neutral to fighting, making it the #1 counter to Aegislash (Mandibuzz is seriously the only bulky dark type with recovery that doesn't get fucked by Sacred Sword.) Finally, you choose to use a non-cookie cutter team so good for you, but remember the main objective in laddering is to win. If your team can't counter probably #2 threat on the metagame then maybe you should go with a cookie cutter counter for Genesect. You can't just ban a Pokemon because you stubbornly don't want to pack a counter - especially because your fedora team got crushed by it
