I want to get a jolly/timid Lucario with a characteristic fit for combat.
"Proud of it's power", "Hates to lose" and "Strong willed" are all desirable characteristics and I know that I need specific IV spreads with for that to happen. What is the best spread for this while still being competitively viable?
