Absol, Xatu, Espeon are the first three that come to mind.

You could also use a fast taunter like Crobat or Aerodactyl, but there are a lot more.

can volt switch out after, or if your opponent predicts a volt switch and goes into landorus, you can ohko with hp ice and gain a ton of momentum.
