What if Dazzling Gleam had an accuracy drop chance? Isn't it a big damaging flash? Not having a secondary effect just sucks.

Its secondary effect is that it hits all opponents, its used in double/triple battles.

It would make things more interesting, but if its for Togekiss then i'm happy it doesn't get a secondary effect or Moonblast.
