And I'm pairing him with Whimsicott so she can use priority Worry Seed on this beast as well as do what Whimsicott does.

I'm thinking of pairing a Slaking with my Cofagrigus. Once Cofag passes Mummy, switch Slaking in on a predicted attack, proceed to rek shit. I was thinking Return, EQ, Power Up Punch, Shadow Claw. That set hits everything for at least neutral damage, more so than swapping out EQ or PuP for Night Slash..

Maybe I'm just saying this because you've explained it but isn't that a little predictable? At best you would have gotten a free hit when they switch out but then again so would have they when you switched in.

A smarter player might notice it at the team preview screen, but considering physical attackers are much more common, & Cofag is bulky as hell so it's bound to pass Mummy in some way or another, there's a higher chance for it to pay off than you think. No harm in giving it a go, I really want to breed one anyway.

Give Cofagrigus Eject Button and Slaking Pursuit, so that the opponent has no way of escaping it save for never hitting Cofag with a contact move.

Isn't there a way to trap them? Maybe that would be too much, you'd need two more turns just to get rid of Truant.

Very good idea, thanks for that. I'll swap out Shadow Claw because Pursuit will hit everything Ghost hits for SE anyway + being more useful. I can taste the Wi-Fi tears already.
