Make Masuda Method alot easier to get Pokemon with the right IVS.

Release a compilation game on a single cart that has every game from gen 1-5 on it and make it able to transfer locally to the 3DS with no hoops to jump through. You don't even need to remake the graphics or do any shit other than update the transfer service.

Guess they'll get their EVs set to 0
they get stuck with neutral natures
IV Values are always even and max at 30
Shininess will be retained if the transfer program detects the proper IVs for it

They'll be worthless, even for breeding but you do get to keep your bros.

I would certainly like to know if there is anything from then that pokes can't do now. Then again, I've said before that if you want to go through all the effort of transferring a poke from a certain gen just because of a certain move, then the nitpick levels have ascended to astronomical scales, and have thus achieved singularity status due to being unable to be defined by normal physics.

Your opinion I guess. Personally, I got really annoyed with her early on what with her perky attitude and all of those missed opportunities to battle me(Luminose City,Route 14,No post-game battles).

Hell this can be said for the other two as well.

I always get the impression that gamefreak is doing this shit on purpose. Instead of making a perfect game with all of the bells and whistles, they make something good but not great so that expectations for the next gen aren't ever high and they can keep jewing the shit out of the playerbase with new revisions.
