I'm sorry if this is a REALLY fucking stupid question but,

Say I have a competitive Pokemon with great IVs, fully EV trained, item, good ability, viable moveset, good-to-go for shit like Battle Spot or whatever.

But it's not level 100, so my stupid question is this, is this a problem considering Pokemon are auto-leveled to 50 anyways? Will stats matter if it isn't 100?
