open with Screwdriver or Something better, you will see the battery between 2 tabs. use a sober iron, or better, a butter knife and cut it out. cut the small plastic tab off old battery and put it on the new one, then eletric tape it back to the tabs. if you break the tabs you can buy a new one on ebay, if you break the tab. then god have mercy on you,

I've only done the butter knife way my self. make sure to SLIDE the cover off of the CART once you do unscrew it.
