82/119/59 defenses gives it great physical defense and okay special defense, but still decent when invested in HP, plus you can slap an assault vest on it.
It's actually a really good pokemon. Pretty much any pokemon is "usable", if they were really your favorites, you'd use them, unless your favorite is Unown or something
which it isn't.
