Step 1
get a caterpie and evolve it into a butterfree
Step 2
lvl up that butterfree to lvl 15 at least (maybe a lil higher, like 20 or 25)
Step 3
Teach butterfree Thief
Step 4 (optional to do while taking care of step 1&2)
catch a bunch of combees (if you can get them through friend safari, that's the best choice)
Step 5
down on route 8
use the old rod to fish for a bunch of Luvdiscs
Butterfree's compoundeyes will up the 50% chance of that luvdisc having a heart scale to the odds being in your favor
Step 6
Thief the luvdiscs and farm yourself some Heart Scales
(OPTIONAL: if the luvdisc is still alive, capture it and name it "valentine")
NOTE: make sure the rest of your team is combees, who's ability will likely have them have honey after you've had a battle
Step 7
Now that you have like 20 honeys (and probably 10 more heartscales)
go back to the higher levels of route 8 and spam honeys till you get a hored with Zangoose
CONGRATS
you now have a way to get hordes easily
